We have discovered that younger pepole are being left behind when it comes to homeownership education. Often times we hear the words “I didn’t know, no one told me” from adults who are now desiring homeownership. As an initiative to help bridge the gap in education; Promiseland is teaching and awarding college students way before it is their time to sit down at the closing table like their parents have done. We offer free literature and no obligation to us. It is our way of giving back while meeting an important need of homeownership awareness.
